About the Job:
This job is people-centric , where you need to be very comfortable talking, engaging and supporting people. We sell software systems and mobile Apps, and your role will be related to supporting existing clients, searching for new leads, establishing first contact and supporting the sales team.
So, we are looking for cheerful and charismatic person who is technology lover, and can use text-chatting/phone-calls/Zoom/emails (in both Arabic and English) and any other communications tool perfectly.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Receive customer tickets and issues (verbal and textual), provide 1st line support and work with the technical team on the advanced issues.
2. Identify leads and potential partners, establish first contact by phone or emails or via their social channels.
3. Make system demo’s and user training, to explain how our mobile Apps and systems work.
4. Help the on-boarding of new clients by entering the basic data and setup information to create new accounts.
5. Support the marketing activities through research, managing our social accounts, making ads, email campaigns and publishing blog posts.

We’re looking for a top-notch mobile engineer (Android). You must have experience with REST APIs and Material Designs. We’re building solutions around fleets and users mobility, therefore you must have experience in maps and location tracking. We put a great amount of care into handling edge cases in our mobile apps; they must be tolerant to low memory situations and spotty network connectivity. Hence we’re seeking a meticulous engineer with great attention to details.
